Roots Part 2
Looking through these I am still inspired by the creativity that flows from the crew at Roots the Salon - it was hard to decide what to blog.

couldn't decide between the above and the one below

Do you have a fave?
Dear Roots
I know you are watching, waiting and eager to see more sneak peeks. I love you for that.
So, come back soon and they will be here.

Hanging with the Cool Kids
What a blur of fabulous people and great shoots.
The excitement started buidling last week as I led up to the weekend with a stunning baby and grad shoot - sit tight for sneak peeks of those.
Saturday I woke up excited, I made sure to eat well, got the perfect amount of caffeine and listenined to the ideal mood matching music - I knew I was in for a few heavy days for the annual Roots the Salon shoot and had to ensure the gear up went just right.
18 different shoots - 18 totally different looks - 1 photographer
A massive thank you to the stylists who are so creative, professional, inspiring, helpful and really fun, funny and kind (and I mean each of those sincerely.) I would gladly work with any of you anytime. Seeing how you work together and help each other was really awesome it is a real testiment to your passion for your craft and to Ida and Michael, the owners at Roots.
The models, folks, these are people who have never done this type of thing before. They were made over, dressed up, dressed down and made over again. They were told to do this, then that, then this again - and they brought it - and even smiled at us when we finished.
(Models please say hi when you see me around town, chances are I won't recognize you without those crazy eyelashes and get-ups.)
Here are a couple, just the tip of the iceberg. I will blog more later this week.

Some behind the scenes:

We really did have an abundance of fun

Can we do it again next weekend?
